GRADING
LANDSCAPE LIGHTING
We provide designs that give a “bird’s eye view” of the project. These plans are ideal to submit for approval of any board of review in a neighborhood association. Bird’s eye view plans are the best choice for new construction and general visualization.
Three-dimensional plans are perfect for completed houses that need an upgrade or for homeowners who need only a small landscape project.
Grading is the most important part of any landscaping project. We have professionals experienced and capable of performing unparalleled service. For new construction, we can follow a surveyor’s plan, we can grade for city inspection and/or design architectural swales or burms. In existing homes, we can repair low spots and negative grading (water running to the house) . We also offer a sump pump alternative for areas where proper grading is impossible.
It has never been so affordable to install landscape lighting at your home. With LED lights, we can install an entire lighting system with one or two running wires.
IRRIGATION SYSTEM INSTALL
Today, irrigation systems offer one of the best returns for you home investment. Many home buyers expect irrigation systems, especially on high-end homes. Even if you aren’t thinking about selling your home in the near future, irrigation will save you time and money on water bills. It gives you the convenience of having a automated system for your lawn.
Our brands of choice are Rain Bird and Hunter products. It is important to mention that we never use a PVC smaller than a one inch in diameter. Some competitors use a smaller diameter pipes in order to make a higher profit.
